Questions we are often asked
If yours is not here, send it to us. We will answer it directly.
Who do you work with?
Small and midsize businesses in the Atlanta area, especially ones running on several disconnected systems or a lot of manual, repetitive work. You do not need an in-house data or technology team.
What happens in a first conversation?
We ask how your business runs, where time is lost, and what you have already tried. We do not bring a slide deck or a sales pitch. At the end, you will know whether we think we can help.
How do projects work?
We start with one small piece of work with a defined scope and set of deliverables, agreed before anything is built. When it is done, you decide whether to continue. Ongoing support is available if you want it, but is never required.
Do we need to already be using AI or have a data team?
No. Many of the businesses we talk to are at the start. Part of our work is telling you where AI or better data would pay off, and where it would not.
Will you replace our existing software?
Usually not. We prefer to work with the systems you already use and connect them better. We only recommend something new when it clearly solves a problem.
How do you handle our data?
We ask for access only to what a project needs, and we agree in writing how your data is handled before work begins. Your business information is not used in public examples or demonstrations.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the problem. After a first conversation, we propose a defined first project, and you will know the scope and price before we start.
Where are you based?
Atlanta, Georgia. We work with businesses across the Atlanta area and are glad to meet in person.
How do I get started?
Email hello@atlantadata.co with a few lines about the problem. We will reply and suggest a time to talk.
